Philosophy & Mission Statement
The Michigan Monarchs formed in August, 1999, with the emphasis on starting a first class Girls Basketball Association that puts the girls first and foremost; promotes good sportsmanship; high achievement in academics and athletics; promotes teamwork; creates a family atmosphere to assist with the overall development of the young ladies; and strongly assist in getting the young ladies college scholarships.
Our goals are to provide top-level teams who compete on an annual basis for State and National Championships. This will provide our girls high level national competition to challenge their individual and team skills along with the national exposure necessary to get to the next level.
